What is engineering technologies?

Our program is designed to propel students to the forefront of innovation and technology by offering a comprehensive education that combines theoretical knowledge with practical, hands-on experience. Our courses are taught by industry experts and cover a wide range of subjects, from electrical and mechanical engineering to robotics and automation. At OSU-OKC, we recognize the dynamic nature of engineering and continually update our curriculum to reflect the latest trends and technologies. This proactive approach ensures our students are well-prepared to meet current industry demands and equipped with the skills to innovate and lead in their future careers.

Why engineering technologies?

By earning an Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) degree in Engineering Technologies, students can seamlessly transition into our Bachelor of Technology (B.T.) program, all located in the heart of Oklahoma City. This pathway not only supports students in entering high-demand engineering fields but also offers them robust industry connections and a problem-solving, critical-thinking-focused educational environment. Graduates are poised to excel in various sectors, such as manufacturing, robotics, and automation, turning their degrees into catalysts for future innovations.

Academic Advantage

We are also proud to be the educational partner for OKC-FAME (Federation for Advanced Manufacturing Education). Students selected to be in this program work and earn wages with partner employers while studying for their Engineering Technologies A.A.S. at OSU-OKC two days a week. This unique model offers an invaluable blend of on-the-job learning and academic rigor, preparing students for future-proof careers in modern manufacturing.
