Welcome

The Talent Search program is a college access program that encourages youth to complete school and enroll in a program of postsecondary education at a college of their choice. The purpose of Talent Search is to identify and to assist qualified youth with the potential for education at the postsecondary level. The early intervention program is designed to serve young people in grades 6 through 12.

The program also actively supports qualified veterans and adults who have not completed secondary or postsecondary educational programs. Those who have the desire to reenter school or to begin new educational programs may qualify to receive guidance.

The program also publicizes the availability of student financial assistance for individuals who seek to pursue a postsecondary education.

The Educational Talent Search program is one of the oldest TRIO programs funded by the U.S. Department of Education. Sponsored locally by OSU-Oklahoma City, the Educational Talent Search program is housed in the Division of Student Services.
