These forms are for OSU-Oklahoma City faculty, staff and students ONLY.

- Print the form and send it via campus mail to the Library OR
- Save the form on your hard drive, fill it out, and attach it to an e-mail addressed to okc.library@okstate.edu

- Search for your item. Be patient. You might need to use the advanced search option to include more information.
- When you find the item you want, click on the title.
- Then click the blue button to request the item through interlibrary loan.
- Complete the form with your information.
- Click Submit.

- BEFORE you send students to the Library for a reserve item , call the Library to make sure it has been processed. This usually takes 2 days.
